Job summary

Confidential in Peterborough is seeking a Service Advisor to join a prestige dealer group. You will meet customers at service reception, book vehicles, raise and close job cards, and liaise with the workshop.

Experience with One Link and Kerridge is advantageous, as is costings, invoicing and upselling to maximise 40k+ OTE. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, administration skills, and the ability to upsell while maintaining high standards of service in a busy dealership

Qualifications

• Must have main dealer experience.
• Excellent customer service and upsales skills.
• Administration skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at service reception.
• Book in vehicles.
• Raise and close job cards.
• Gain authorisations for work to be carried out.
• Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
