• Minimum of 10 years experience in IT and client-related work.
• At least 5 years experience in stakeholder management and business relationship management.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale user experience projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal client relationships and engage as the first point of contact.
• Manage on-going business relationships by region and country.
• Analyse business data, financial data, and project budgets.
• Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Prepare reports and manage country/client reporting.
