Job summary

A mental health charity in Croydon is looking for an experienced Part-Time Service Administrator Manager to support frontline services through effective administrative leadership. Responsibilities include managing a team of administrators, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining day-to-day operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have significant administrative experience and strong supervisory skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and respond compassionately to young people in distress. This part-time role requires working four days a week.

Job description
Our client, a mental health charity based in Croydon, is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Service Administrator Manager to join their team for four days per week. This is a key role supporting the effective delivery of frontline services through high-quality administrative leadership. Responsibilities include:
  • Line manage administrators, including supervision, performance management and delegation of tasks
  • Provide guidance, support and training to ensure consistent, high quality administrative standards across all services
  • Manage day-to-day service administrative operations Maintain high professional standards of communication and record keeping
About you:
