Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Senior Associate Workday Payroll Consultant to implement and configure Workday payroll solutions for a global customer base. You’ll work with team members and independently manage your workload, understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored payroll configurations.

You will support junior colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering high-quality, compliant payroll services in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UK operational payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and related capabilities.
• Customer-focused consultancy background with ability to build relationships.
• Clear communicator able to interact credibly with customers and colleagues, including remotely.
• Capable of working in remote teams and managing own workload without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers.
• Design and deliver client-aligned Workday payroll configurations.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
