Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers. You will work with team members and independently to deliver solutions aligned to client needs, while mentoring junior team members.

The role emphasizes strong UK payroll expertise, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in remote teams and travel when required.

Qualifications

• Strong UK operational payroll experience (min 5 years).
• Deep Workday Payroll knowledge.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues, including remote work.
• Capable of working remotely with teams and independently.
• Self-manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Attention to quality, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Awareness of Kainos story and strategy.
• Willing to learn about international regulatory requirements.
• Willing to rotate through Workday delivery services.
• Travel to customer sites in region possible.
