Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base in the UK. You will work with team members and independently to manage your workload while understanding client requirements and delivering tailored payroll solutions.

You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a high-quality delivery culture, with remote collaboration and occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UK Operational Payroll experience.
• Strong Workday Payroll knowledge and capability.
• Customer-facing consulting experience in a professional services setting.
• Ability to work independently and in remote teams with minimal supervision.
• Excellent workload planning and deadline management.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data security.
• Awareness of Kainos business offerings and strategy.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the region.
