Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global client base. You will work with teammates and independently to understand requirements and design solutions aligned to client needs.

The role emphasises customer focus, strong UK operational payroll experience, and the ability to communicate clearly in remote settings.

Qualifications

Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll (min 5 years).
Strong Workday Payroll knowledge and any specialist capability.
Customer-facing consulting experience with ability to build relationships.
Clear communicator with credibility and empathy, including in remote work.
Able to plan workload and meet deadlines; work with minimal supervision.
Understanding importance of confidentiality and data security.
Willing to learn about international regulatory requirements.
Willing to rotate through Consulting and Application Management Services.
Willingness to travel to customer sites in the region.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
Design and deliver tailored Workday payroll solutions aligned to client needs.
Support and mentor more junior team members.
