Job summary

Kainos is hiring a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure Workday solutions for our global client base. You will work with teammates and independently to understand customer requirements and design delivery aligned with their needs.

You will support junior colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to the success of customer projects. A strong focus on UK payroll and Workday capabilities, plus excellent communication in remote settings, is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll (min 5 years).
• Deep understanding of Workday Payroll and related capabilities.
• Customer-facing consulting experience with stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation.
• Able to work in remote teams and independently without supervision.
• Capable of planning workload and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.
• Understanding of Kainos and broader business offering.
• Support company strategy and improvements to tools/processes.
• Willing to learn international regulatory requirements.
• Willing to rotate through Consulting and Application Management Services.
• Travel to customer sites within region possible.
