Job summary

Kainos seeks a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday payroll solutions for our global customer base. You will work closely with team members, as well as independently, to understand customer requirements and design delivery-aligned solutions.

You will support more junior colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a high-growth, people-first culture. Remote collaboration is common, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UK Operational Payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll and related capability.
• Excellent customer focus with consulting background.
• Clear communication in remote settings.
• Able to work within remote teams and independently.
• Plan workload and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy and confidentiality.
