• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll (min 5 years).
• Very good understanding of Workday Payroll and any specialist capability.
• Customer-facing consulting experience with ability to build relationships.
• Clear communicator able to engage with customers and colleagues, including remotely.
• Ability to plan workload, meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Confidentiality and awareness of NDA requirements.
