Kainos is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers. You will collaborate with team members and manage your own workload, translating customer needs into effective payroll solutions and sharing knowledge with juniors.

Role requires strong UK Payroll experience, Workday Payroll knowledge, and a customer-focused, credible communication style in a possibly remote working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll (minimum 5 years).
• Very good understanding of Workday Payroll and related capabilities.
• Customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to build relationships.
• Clear communicator able to work with customers and colleagues, including remotely.
• Ability to work in remote teams and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to plan workload and meet deadlines.
