Kainos in the UK is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will collaborate with colleagues and, when needed, work independently to manage your workload while ensuring client requirements are understood and translated into effective payroll configurations.

You will mentor junior team members, apply best practices, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to ongoing process

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UK Operational Payroll experience.
• Strong Workday Payroll knowledge.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Strong remote communication and relationship-building.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
• Work closely with team members and independently manage your workload.
• Understand customer requirements and design/deliver solutions aligned to their needs.
