Job summary

Kainos seeks a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will work with team members and independently manage your workload, translating client needs into tailored payroll configurations.

You will support junior colleagues, communicate clearly in remote settings, and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll (min 5 years).
• Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll and any specialist Capability.
• Customer-facing consulting experience and ability to build client relationships.
• Clear communication with credibility and empathy, including in remote settings.
• Ability to work in remote teams and independently with minimal supervision.
• Plan own workload and meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Willingness to learn about international regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in the region if needed.

Responsibilities
