Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base. You will work independently and with teams to design solutions aligned to client needs and support junior team members.

You will engage in remote-friendly, client-facing work, excel at communication, and continuously seek improvements while balancing workload and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll (minimum 5 years).
• Excellent knowledge of Workday Payroll and any specialist capability.
• Customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to build relationships and understand needs.
• Clear, effective communication with customers and colleagues, including in remote work.
• Ability to work in remote teams and alongside customers with minimal supervision.
• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to confidentiality and information security.
• Awareness of the Kainos story and business offering.
• Supportive of company strategy and initiatives.
• Willing to learn about relevant regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Willing to rotate through Workday delivery services (Consulting, App Management).
• Travel to customer sites within region if required.
