Senior Wholesale Operations Administrator

A fast-growing British fashion brand is looking to appoint a Senior Wholesale & Shipping Administrator to support their expanding wholesale and marketplace operations. Working across key accounts such as Next, Very, SilkFred, Zalando and Otto, this role is central to ensuring smooth communication, accurate data handling, and the timely delivery of seasonal ranges across UK, European, and North American partners.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and experience in a wholesale, shipping or marketplace-focused role to join a collaborative and fast-paced team.

Main responsibilities will include:

Maintain seasonal master data sheets and support sample dispatch and commercial invoicing for North American accounts

Analyse and present weekly sales data; spot trading patterns and recommend actions

Coordinate product and image uploads for online marketplaces and third-party sellers

Prepare and update weekly stock/product info sheets to support marketplace trading

Support the International Logistics Coordinator with shipping schedules and order tracking

Record shipping, tax and duty costs and check invoices against goods received

Prepare product information and source assets from in-house design teams

Liaise with external partners and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and brand consistency

Person specification:

Strong Excel skills, confident working with detailed product and sales data

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude

Experience working with wholesale, e-commerce or third-party platforms

Highly organised, numerate and detail-focused with strong analytical skills

Passionate about the Apricot brand and confident handling multiple priorities
