Job summary
Weetabix is seeking a Warehouse Systems & Compliance Coordinator in Burton Latimer to drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of warehouse systems. You will oversee WMS optimisation, data integrity, access governance, and SOX compliance, contributing to an audit-ready operation in a fast-moving CPG environment.
Collaboration with IT, 3PLs and audit partners will shape future capabilities through analytics, automation, and system-led improvements.
Qualifications
- Deep operational knowledge of Warehouse & Distribution and system control.
- Background in stock control and inventory management.
- Experience with SOX or similar compliance frameworks.
- Ability to interpret business issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience leading system upgrade testing and validation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse management system optimisation and data integrity.
- Manage third‑party logistics (3PL) user access in line with SOX compliance.
- Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits.
- Review and implement SOPs aligned to operational requirements.
- Lead testing and validation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Produce warehouse performance reports and KPIs.
