Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages in Narberth is seeking a Warehouse Systems Coordinator to govern warehouse systems, controls and reporting. You will support SOPs, paperwork control and driver booking processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer requirements.

The role contributes to day-to-day logistics, with a focus on governance, efficiency and accurate records across the site.

Qualifications

• Digital capability with workplace systems and tools to support daily activities.
• Strong organisation and time management to prioritise work and support routine reporting.
• Clear communication with colleagues, drivers and stakeholders, presenting information practically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant, efficient warehouse systems to support day-to-day logistics operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP and customer requirements are met through governance and records.
• Support driver booking in/out, paperwork and adherence to site processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and business continuity content.
