Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is seeking a Warehouse Systems Coordinator at Princes Gate, Narberth, Pembrokeshire. You will support system governance, SOPs, paperwork control and driver booking processes to ensure safety, quality and GMP compliance across the logistics team.

Working patterns are Monday to Friday with early/late shifts, and the role offers a competitive salary, pension contributions and a commitment to development and a generous leave allowance.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental system governance through regular checks and controlled records.
• Maintain safety, quality, GMP and visual standards in warehouse activities.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and records to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and continuity processes.
• Assist with driver booking in and out and ensure processes are followed.
