Job summary

Weetabix Limited is seeking a Warehouse Systems & Compliance Senior Coordinator to ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our warehouse systems. You will oversee WMS optimisation, data integrity, access governance, and SOX compliance while supporting audit readiness.

In a fast-paced FCMG environment, you will work with Warehouse Ops, IT, system providers and auditors to drive efficiency, inventory accuracy and system reliability, shaping future capabilities through

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Körber Warehouse Advantage or similar WMS.
• SOX or equivalent compliance frameworks familiarity with audits.
• Background in stock control and inventory management.
• Ability to interpret business issues and propose practical solutions.
• Proven track record in system implementation and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse system optimisation and data integrity.
• Lead SOX compliance, access governance and audits readiness.
• Maintain SOPs aligned to operational requirements.
• Act as D365 Business Process Owner, lead testing of upgrades.
• Manage 3PL access in line with policy and SOX requirements.
• Produce KPIs and reports to support decision making.
• Collaborate with IT, 3PLs and auditors on projects.
