Job summary

Gist is seeking a Warehouse Process and Compliance Manager to lead standardisation and compliance across the network. You will drive operational excellence through process optimisation and scalable improvements for warehouse operations.

The role requires developing SOPs, governing documentation, and maintaining the IMS across sites, with travel across the UK. Ideal candidates will have experience in operational excellence, knowledge of SOP development and ISO-aligned systems, and be proficient

Qualifications

• Experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement within FMCG/3PL/warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of SOP development, document control and workflow mapping.
• Proficiency with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write and maintain all warehouse SOPs for consistency.
• Manage SOP governance, version control, approvals, audits and lifecycle.
• Design and implement centralised SOP and training record software.
• Maintain and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Define processes for MHE telematics in operations.
