The Opportunity

The Senior Vice President, Employee Share Plans leads the global administration and delivery of employee share plan services, overseeing plan processing, participant support, client implementations, event services, platform operations, and client engagement initiatives. This role drives operational excellence, digital transformation, and data-driven engagement across regions, ensuring seamless client experiences and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving global environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead global plan administration and processing for employee share plans
