Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior User Researcher to plan, design and lead research activities that reveal how customers use our digital health products. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to inform proposition, service, content and interaction design, ensuring a truly customer-centric experience.

You will help grow and mature the User Research function, develop new processes, and educate teams on the value of research.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of research experience in UX/User Research or related fields.
• Experience with generative and evaluative research methodologies.
• Ability to lead research projects end-to-end.
• Experience conducting research with sensitive audiences/topics.
• Background in accessibility-related projects.
• Comfort working with analytics data and informing design decisions.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and lead user research activities across two squads.
• Own end-to-end research processes and empower colleagues to participate.
• Embed as a researcher across two squads to inform design decisions.
• Spot opportunities for research to support the design process and stakeholders.
• Contribute to scaling the team's processes and ways of working.
• Champion user needs and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
