Job summary

Bupa, based in the UK, is seeking a Senior User Researcher to plan, design and lead research activities that help teams understand users and shape propositions and services. You will support the growth of the User Research function and educate colleagues on research practices across two squads.

The role is Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) with hybrid working (2 days in the office) in Manchester or London. Salary up to £55,100 depending on experience, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Around 3–5 years of research experience.
• Experience with generative and evaluative research methodologies.
• Ability to lead research projects end-to-end.
• Experience with research involving sensitive audiences or topics.
• Background in accessibility-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and lead user research activities for the team.
• Own the research process end-to-end and empower colleagues to participate.
• Work as an embedded researcher across two squads.
• Spot opportunities for research to inform design processes and advocate for user needs.
• Help grow and mature the User Research function and its processes.
