Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior User Researcher to plan, design and lead research activities that uncover deep insights into how customers use its health and wellbeing products in the UK.

You will work with a cross-functional team of researchers, designers and content specialists to ensure our offerings are customer-centric. The role supports growth of the User Research function and processes across squads.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in user/UX research.
• Experience with generative and evaluative methods.
• Proven ability to lead research projects end-to-end.
• Experience researching sensitive topics.
• Accessibility-related project experience is a plus.
• Experience using analytics data to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out user research activities end-to-end, enabling teammates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design experiences.
• Act as an embedded researcher across two squads.
• Identify opportunities for research to support design decisions.
• Help grow and mature the User Research function and processes.
• Deepen understanding of customers and advocate for their needs.
