Bupa Place in Manchester or Angel Court, London, is seeking a Senior User Researcher to plan, design and lead research activities that reveal how users interact with our digital products. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to uncover user needs and inform proposition, service and interaction design.

The role is permanent, full-time, with hybrid work and a focus on accessible research, advocating for user insights within an Agile environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years research experience or transferable skills from related research fields.
• Experience with generative and evaluative research methodologies.
• Ability to lead end-to-end research projects.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and carry out user research activities with the team, owning the process end-to-end.
• Embed as a researcher across two squads and spot opportunities for research.
• Build and improve research processes and educate stakeholders about user needs.
