Methods is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our growing team on a permanent basis. You will champion user needs, work on public sector projects, and guide research across multiple delivery programmes. The role requires ethical research standards and collaboration with product teams to inform policy and service delivery.

You will mentor junior researchers, lead research initiatives, and help shape best practices across the organisation while operating in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications
