Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our growing team on a permanent basis. You will champion user needs, conduct research on public sector projects to high ethical standards, and work with product managers to shape services that are intuitive and accessible.

You will mentor other researchers, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and help drive best practices across the Digital Delivery portfolio while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience conducting user research on public sector products/services to high ethical standards.
• Ability to advocate for users and translate insights into accessible services.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and with product managers.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior researchers and share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Devise research strategies with client product managers to generate focused insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for user needs in design.
• Present conclusions from diverse data sources to support decision making.
• Coordinate quality user research across projects under the Head of User Research.
