Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Senior User Research role in the UK to drive user-centred research practices across teams. You will supervise junior researchers, conduct diverse methods, and align insights with service propositions. The position emphasizes inclusive design, accessibility, and strategic impact.

You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating across public and private sectors, and contribute to shaping decisions through rigorous research findings.

Qualifications

• 4 years plus User Research experience.
• Have experience working to the GDS designprincipals or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
• Work to a Hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Carry out user research and supervise and develop other user researchers to assure and improve research practice.
• Inclusive research: advocate for inclusive practices and accessible services.
• Present research findings to inform delivery and tailor for different audiences.
• Align user research activities with wider plans to inform a service proposition.
• Strategic insight: align research to decision making and action.
