Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join our growing team on a permanent basis in the UK.

You will lead user research across public sector projects, champion user-centred design, and mentor junior researchers while collaborating with product teams in a hybrid work environment.

This role requires strong leadership, ethical research practices, and the ability to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Devise research strategies with client product owners to generate focused insights for product development.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and advocate for users’ needs.
• Capture, present and test conclusions from diverse data sources and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior researchers and share best practices across Methods and clients.
• Set and monitor research standards, including ethics, recruitment and documentation.
