A leading healthcare organization is looking for a Senior Trainer to design and develop blended learning programs in health and care. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external clients to enhance skills and quality of care. You'll design, deliver and develop engaging, blended learning programmes across a range of health and care specialisms - helping professionals enhance their skills, confidence and quality of care. You'll also support curriculum development, contribute to new training solutions, and bring innovation and creativity to everything you do.
