An established and forward-thinking farming business based near Malvern is looking to appoint a skilled Senior Tractor Driver to support day-to-day field operations. Role

You will take a lead role in tractor and machinery operations, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety and farm compliance requirements.

• Operating tractors and associated machinery efficiently and safely
• Carrying out spraying operations in accordance with regulations and best practice
• Completing precision fieldwork using RTK GPS guidance systems
• Undertaking daily machinery checks and basic maintenance tasks

About You

• Demonstrable experience as a senior or highly experienced tractor driver
• Hold valid spraying certification (PA1/PA2 or equivalent)
• Confident using RTK GPS and precision farming technology
