Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in major infrastructure planning, including application preparation and appeals.
• Significant experience in planning, gained in consultancy and/or local government.
• Strong report-writing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit planning applications ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct research on planning policies to provide strategic advice.
• Assist in negotiations to secure agreements on planning matters.
• Develop and maintain consents management plans.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with consents.
