Overview

As a Senior Planner within a National Consultancy you will be in a position to take the next step in your Town Planning career, with access to prestigious projects and high-profile clients. The team provides solutions and strategic advice to its clients whilst working on a wide range of projects for public and private sector clients. As a Senior Planner the right candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated to achieving success both personally and for the brand.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Planning Appraisal Reports and Planning Statements
  • Undertaking planning research
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications
  • Preparing submissions to discharge planning conditions
  • Attendance of meetings, site visits and public consultation events with colleagues for large scale projects.
  • Guiding junior members of the team, and leading on projects
