I'm working with a highly respected national property consultancy that is expanding its planning team and now seeks a confident, commercially minded Senior Town Planner to play a key role in shaping high-profile projects across the UK.

The Role
  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across commercial, residential, mixed-use and regeneration sectors
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, statements and appeals
  • Provide expert planning advice to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and drive projects from inception to determination
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, developers, and consultants
  • Support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the planning function
What We're Looking For
  • MRTPI qualified (or very close to achieving it)
  • Strong background in development planning, ideally with consultancy experience
  • Excellent understanding of UK planning legislation and policy
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Proven project management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
