A regional healthcare trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Therapy Assistant for the Vascular/Cardiology and Amputee Service. This part-time role involves delivering patient treatment and supporting rehabilitation efforts for vascular and Cardiology inpatients across Hull and East Yorkshire. The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Band 4, Part time: contracted to 33 hours per week worked over 2 alternating weekly shift patterns: week (1) - 4 weekdays (29.25 hours), week (2) - 4 weekdays and Saturday (36.75 hours).
The post is based at Hull Royal Infirmary primarily, with occasional work at the Artificial Limb Unit offsite.
This role supports the provision of a vascular therapy service to both inpatients and outpatients across Hull, East Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire, delivering a pre and post surgical pathway for vascular patients and assessment and rehabilitation of Cardiology inpatients.
