Job summary

Olympus Corporation seeks a commercially driven Territory Manager to grow our surgical devices and endoscopy business across Yorkshire, Lancashire and Sheffield. You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital teams, helping them understand how Olympus solutions support clinical practice and patient care.

Develop and deliver territory plans to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, procurement teams and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical-device sales.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Confidence presenting clinical or technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong planning, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Present Olympus products and solutions, including through demonstrations, in-services and clinical education.
• Identify new business opportunities and support product evaluations and tenders.
• Develop and deliver territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets.

You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital teams, helping them understand how Olympus solutions can support clinical practice and patient care.

Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, procurement teams and other key stakeholders.

Your qualification

• Experience in medical-device sales

A record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.

Confidence presenting clinical or technical information to diverse audiences.

Strong planning, communication and negotiation skills.

A valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
