OLYMPUS EUROPA SE & CO. KG is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to grow our surgical devices and endoscopy business.

You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders to support high-quality patient care. The role covers Birmingham, Leicester, Solihull, Coventry, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire, requiring a full driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a territory business plan to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Promote Olympus surgical devices and surgical endoscopy products through customer visits, demonstrations and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement teams and other clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations, training and implementation in collaboration with clinical and technical colleagues.
• Monitor market activity and share customer and competitor insights.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans and CRM records.
• Represent Olympus professionally and in line with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Right to work in the UK
