Job summary

Olympus is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to grow our surgical devices and endoscopy business across Yorkshire, Lancashire, Sheffield. You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital teams, helping them understand how Olympus solutions can support clinical practice and patient care.

Develop and deliver territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets, while presenting products through demonstrations, in-services and clinical education.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical-device sales.
• A record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Confidence presenting clinical or technical information to diverse audiences.

What experience and skill set is required?

• Experience in medical-device sales
• A record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Confidence presenting clinical or technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong planning, communication and negotiation skills.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• A customer-focused, ethical approach and enthusiasm for improving healthcare.
