We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Technician to join our HS2 team. This role is vital in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of materials used across our operations. If you have a strong technical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field sampling and testing in line with inspection and test plans
• Inspect plant, equipment, stockpiles, and materials to identify and report issues
• Investigate material defects and non-conformities, supporting resolution and continuous improvement
• Provide technical support to production sites, depots, operational teams, and external customers
• Carry out site inspections and reviews to enhance working practices
• Ensure materials meet all relevant specifications and HS2 requirements
• Monitor third-party testing and maintain accurate records and reports
• Deliver technical training and toolbox talks to internal stakeholders
• Prepare and share data insights with internal and external teams
• Act as a substitute for the Technical Advisor when required
• Support additional duties as directed by the HS2 team
