Job summary

Integral Cooling Technologies, Industrial Refrigeration Division, seeks a Technical Sales Manager to lead major bids from concept to tender, across London and the UK. You will define schemes, optimize life‑cycle costs, and defend the tender at client reviews within a disciplined bid framework.

You will own the bid programme, coordinate across engineering, procurement and legal, and ensure compliance with relevant standards while driving profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration and contractor markets.
• Experience leading bids from concept through tender submission and award.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify the pipeline and develop senior relationships with end users and stakeholders.
• Own the bid programme, cost model, pricing, and tender documentation.
• Ensure compliance to standards and regulations at bid stage (BS EN 378, PED, CDM 2015, DSEAR, F‑Gas).
• Coordinate across design, estimating, procurement, delivery, finance and legal to one programme.
• Lead bid support and ensure quality of output from team members.

Education

HNC/HND in Refrigeration or Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
