Job summary

Integral Cooling Technologies’ Industrial Refrigeration division seeks a Technical Sales Manager to own the bid from concept to tender for major London-based schemes. You’ll translate briefs into practical, cost-efficient solutions, manage the full tender lifecycle, and defend the submission in client reviews while ensuring compliance with BS EN 378 and related regs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in UK industrial refrigeration and bid leadership.
• Proven record of leading bids £500k–£6m and meeting annual intake targets.
• Experience from concept design through to tender submission and award.

Responsibilities

• Own the bid programme and cost model.
• Interrogate briefs, develop concept schemes and drive compliant tender submissions.
• Coordinate design, estimating, procurement, delivery, finance and legal to a single programme.
• Lead a Bid/Estimating Support colleague and ensure quality of outputs.
