Integral Cooling Technologies is seeking aTechnical Sales Manager to lead major industrial refrigeration bids across the Midlands and Birmingham, from initial client conversations through to fully compliant, well-priced tenders.

You will own the bid, interpret briefs, develop practical concepts, and defend the tender at client review stages, ensuring adherence to design gates, safety regs and CO2/ammonia systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Lead bids from concept to award in £500k–£6m range and meet annual order targets.
• Work across design, procurement, delivery and finance to drive compliant, cost-efficient tenders.
• Develop cost models and write scopes/exclusions with clear risk allocation.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify the pipeline with end-users, consultants and contractors.
• Interrogate briefs, develop concept schemes and validate energy, life-time costs.
