At Lloyds Banking Group, our Senior Technical Application Specialists play a vital role in enabling fast-paced change across the organisation. This role sits within CIO Enabling Services, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of test environment engineering through innovation, automation, and collaboration. You’ll be part of a team that provides end-to-end testing environments across LBG, using both physical and cloud-based solutions. With a focus on virtualisation, self-service, and tooling alignment, you’ll help shape the future of test environment services across a multi-channel, multi-layered estate.
As a Senior Technical Application Specialist specialising in Test Environment Services, you’ll drive technical delivery by coordinating and integrating complex components across multiple Labs and third parties. You’ll work closely with engineering roles and environment specialists to ensure dependencies are managed and solutions are delivered at pace.
This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and understanding of the LBG estate will be key to delivering fit-for-purpose environments that support major programmes and transformation initiatives.
