Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering principles and practices.
• Proven knowledge of DOORS and relevant toolsets.
• Experience in agile and waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to manage diverse tasks across teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish IV&V infrastructure within the Platform Complex Systems team.
• Develop and govern IV&V plans and assurance evidence.
• Support integration workstreams and resolve engineering conflicts.
• Facilitate collaboration through working groups and progress monitoring.
• Provide engineering oversight using junior engineers.

Skills

Relevant Degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering

Understand and able to use DOORS

Experience with V lifecycle, waterfall and agile models

Management of multi-faceted tasks through dispersed teams
