Job summary

A multi-disciplinary consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to collaborate with MEP Design Engineers and partners in early construction design phases. Senior Sustainability Consultant

An established multi‑disciplinary property, engineering, and sustainability consultancy is looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to work alongside our MEP Design Engineers and architecture partners. This role involves working with clients at early stages of the construction process, attending design team meetings and review meetings with the help of the Sustainability Director. You will work on projects within the commercial, retail, and education sectors, gaining project management experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience carrying out BREEAM Assessments on a range of building types
  • Ideally a BREEAM Assessor
  • Experience with project managing delivery of energy and sustainability services on projects
  • Depth of knowledge in planning strategy, energy and sustainability statements
  • Knowledge in building modelling EPCs, daylight studies, etc.
