Full time hours on a temporarybasis

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Surveyorto join our team, bringing a strong background in social housingand a proven track record of managing surveyors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and support a team in delivering high-quality surveying services across our housing portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of surveyors, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.
• Conduct property inspections and condition surveys across a range of social housing stock.
• Use PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) technology to record and manage survey data efficiently.
• Apply NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes accurately in the preparation of works specifications and costings.
• Provide technical advice and support to internal teams and external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of asset management strategies.
