A leading real estate advisory firm is seeking an individual to join their London Offices division focusing on leasing flexible and managed workspace units. The role includes agency advice, negotiation with occupiers, and marketing asset management. Successful candidates should have prior leasing experience in the Flex world, strong client advisory skills, and the ability to understand market trends. This full-time position is office-based and offers a chance to work with top landlords and flexible office operators.
We have recently been building a new Flexible & Managed Workspace team within the London Offices division. With over 350000sf of prime instructions we are actively marketing and looking for a knowledgeable and hungry individual to join our agency team. We are a trusted advisor to some of the UK’s largest landlords as well as building a credible pipeline of work with Flexible Office operators.
