Job description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-growth property management team with a market-leading reputation for quality, innovation and staff retention. This is a chance to join a collaborative, well-resourced business managing some of Central London’s most prominent mixed‑use assets for high‑value private and institutional clients.

The Role

Reporting to a senior director, you’ll take ownership of a diverse multi‑let portfolio with a hands‑on focus on commercial management, supported by in‑house finance, FM and specialist teams (ESG, CX, tech, data and procurement). Some asset management exposure sits alongside the core PM remit.

You’ll ensure assets are :

• Operated to best‑in‑class standards
• Safe, compliant and well maintained
• Customer‑focused and competitive
• Efficiently run with strong service charge control
• Progressing clear sustainability objectives

• MRICS qualified
• Experienced managing multi‑let assets and teams
