About You

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of our developments? We’re seeking a driven, meticulous Senior Surveyor who thrives on delivering precise cost intelligence and guiding key decisions from land acquisition through to project completion.

You will take full ownership of robust cost appraisals, interrogate core and abnormal construction costs, maintain regionally accurate cost libraries, support value engineering initiatives, and provide the commercial insight that ensures every scheme is viable, efficient, and profitable.

With 7+ years’ experience, strong estimating and quantity surveying expertise, and proficiency in Bidcon or similar software, you will bring a deep understanding of construction methods, procurement pathways, and cost structures. Confident producing budgets, forecasts, and CBRs, you will also demonstrate strength in subcontractor negotiation, relationship building, and challenging commercial and site-level variations.

Highly analytical, organised, and articulate, and ideally RICS qualified with a valid CSCS card, you will consistently deliver cost certainty, compliance, and high-quality outputs across every development stage.

Working within our flexible hybrid model, you will balance remote work with on-site collaboration, engaging closely with Commercial, Construction, Development, Land, and Planning teams to drive cost certainty from concept to completion.
