A health organization in Doncaster is seeking an integrated team member to support service users with learning disabilities and mental health issues. This role offers a Level 3 apprenticeship, providing essential training while you assist in delivering holistic care. To work as an integrated member of the multi-disciplinary team supporting service used (who have a primary diagnosis of Learning Disability, history of offending behaviours, and who may experience additional mental health problems), delivering holistic care and support as part of the Forensic Pathway under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification relevant to your role. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject. Experience in working with learning disability, mental health or forensic settings is advantageous.
